AAFEs BX MART
CARSWELL JRB
Complete renovation of existing BX Mart. All new visual merchandising, interior finishes, fixtures, and lighting concepts were implemented. Deli and bakery areas were added. Building systems including all mechanical, roofing, coolers, freezers, and refrigeration systems were replaced. Most plumbing and some electrical were also upgraded. All construction was phased to allow the facility tor remain fully operational during construction.
FT. SHAFTER PX MART
Complete renovation/ conversion of metal building (down to beams and columns only) to new PX-Market, with dining decks and drive-thru. We finished complete A & E services including site visits. All equipment and fixtures and many materials were shipped from the mainland making project management critical. The project was built in 90 days including 1-1/2 week stoppage due to 9/11.
