H MANAGEMENT
The H Management building, is located in 495 Commerce center, in McAllen, Texas. The exterior consists of load bearing tilt-up concrete panels, integrally cast with 1-1/2" lime-stone panels, exposed steel structure, and low-e soles glass. the building features an atrium with Chinese palm trees, and glazed corridors. The interior includes 22,000 sf finished out, with all Turkish travertine floors, crema marfill marble core and restroom walls, and overhead hung stainless steel partitions. The building systems include all chilled water AC and all indirect lighting. Site amenities include covered parking, landscaping, irrigation, all concrete parking and a 1,000 sf storage building.

UBS INTERNATIONAL
UBS International offices include a 2 level glass block lobby, marble clad walls, granite countertops, frosted-clear banded walls, as well as indirect lighting. Our role also included office furniture, doors, millwork, elevator, and audio visual equipment selection and coordination, all planting and beach pebbles for a 210 foot long client and employee deck.
